Because the residential experience is so valuable, Clinton College requires that all first and second year students live on campus. In general, students who live in a student residence obtain higher grades, are more satisfied with the university and participate in more university activities.

Residence Life is the comprehensive program that surrounds the experience of living on and off campus in a student residence at a college or university. Residence Life is usually structured with planned events, a code of conduct and ethics, and a relatively large staff. A student residence is where you come to live, thrive and grow.

A youth center means any public or private facility that is primarily used to host recreational or social activities for minors, including, but not limited to, private youth membership organizations or clubs, adolescent social service club facilities, video game rooms, or similar amusement park facilities.
Residential service means water service provided for domestic or irrigation purposes in a residential area and is not considered a commercial service. The active life of a facility means the period from the initial receipt of hazardous waste at the facility until the Agency receives certification of the final closure.
