Residence Life is the comprehensive program that surrounds the experience of living on and off campus in a student residence at a college or university. Residence Life is usually structured with planned events, a code of conduct and ethics, and a relatively large staff. A student residence is where you come to live, thrive and grow.

The campus experience will help residents make meaningful connections and create memories that will last a lifetime. A youth center means any public or private facility that is primarily used to host recreational or social activities for minors, including, but not limited to, private youth membership organizations or clubs, adolescent social service club facilities, video game rooms, or similar amusement park facilities.

Residential service means water service provided for domestic or irrigation purposes in a residential area and is not considered a commercial service.
